In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase from SLiPLO for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you received the delivery to request a full refund. You may return any product purchased on sliplo.com. Please note that we do not refund from SLiPLO products that were purchased not on sliplo.com website.

Shipping Within United States

You will receive a tracking number to the email provided within 2 business days. Please allow between 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed, please email us at support@sliplo.com to review the status of your order.

International Shipping

SLiPLO is shipped world wide via DHL Express International which provides reliable shipping at an economical price point.  Average delivery time is around 7-14 days.

There could be additional delays due to custom clearance.


Import & Duties

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. 

These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

It’s impossible for SLiPLO to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and therefore there is not way for us to calculate or collect these fees or taxes at the time of your order. 

SLiPLO isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on SLiPLO.

Generally the DHL will contact you with payment instruction at the time of delivery.

Custom Fees

If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. They will generally contact you via the phone number or email you provide on your order.

You should also check your orders tracking and reach out to your carrier once the product arrives at your local customs. You can also contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges. 

 

 

Returns

Please make sure that all the following conditions are met to qualify for a refund:

  • A refund must be requested from your online account or through our customer service team within 90 days of receiving the product(s). To request a refund, email support@sliplo.com
  • Include all remaining unused pieces. Also remove any pieces that were applied to the car and include with the original box if possible.
  • A copy of your invoice must be included along with your returned product in order for us to be able to track it.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to SLiPLO.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 5-7 business days of SLiPLO’s receipt of the product.
