WARRANTY COVERAGE

SLIPLO warrants that installed SLIPLO Bumper Scrape Guard will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of purchase and non installed SLIPLO Bumper Scrape Guard will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of manufacture. Covered defects include: peeling, lifting, cracking and delamination. This warranty does not extend coverage to damage caused by normal wear and tear, road debris impact, accidents, collisions, incorrect installation or intentional damage of any kind.

WARRANTY TRANSFERS

You may obtain coverage under this Limited Warranty by providing Company with proof of warranty card, copy of original receipt for the Product identifying coverage areas, along with a detailed description of the purported defect.

This Limited Warranty is transferable only when the new owner submits to the Company proof of the original date of installation. Transfer of the Limited Warranty only entitles the new owner coverage for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

CLAIMS PROCESS

To file a claim, first attempt to contact the Authorized SLIPLO Installer who performed the installation. In the event you are unable to contact the original Authorized SLIPLO Installer, for any reason, please contact SLIPLO at (754) 273-5816 or support@sliplo.com. You must retain the warranty card or a copy of your original receipt identifying the number of pieces used and remit to SLIPLO as requested to process your claim.

LIMITATIONS

The warranty and remedies described above are the exclusive warranties available. Authorized SLIPLO Installers do not have authorization to modify or extend the warranty in any fashion. SLIPLO will be solely responsible for determining validity of all claims and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria as described above. The replacement of the defective SLIPLO Bumper Scrape Guard, including parts only, is the exclusive remedy; liability does not extend to any other damages, incidental, consequential, or otherwise. Reimbursement for defective part replacement covered by this warranty will be made directly to the SLIPLO installer who performs the warranty work.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY BASED ON YOUR JURISDICTION.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UPRIGHT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
